Shipping Policy

Order processing time
Orders are typically prepared for shipping within 2–5 business days after the order status changes to Accepted. Large orders (200+ items) may take 5–10 business days to fulfill. 
US domestic shipping
  • Regular: 2–4 business days via USPS Ground Advantage
  • Express: 1–3 business days via USPS Priority  
International shipping
  • Canada: 3–5 business days (FedEx)
  • Europe (Zone 2): 3–5 business days (FedEx)
  • Other supported countries (Zone 3): 3–5 business days (FedEx)
    Customers may need to pay customs or import fees. 
Tracking
A tracking number becomes available in the Orders tab once the package reaches the shipping facility.
Lost or damaged shipments
If a package is lost in transit, a replacement or refund may be provided after a claim is approved. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. 
Products not shipped internationally
Some products are U.S.-only due to regulatory restrictions. These items must be limited to U.S. shipping destinations in your store’s shipping settings.
